The
ePairs Professional Services (
EPS) team provides a Quality Assurance Package to our customers to help them reduce overall costs for testing the application, effectively reducing the overall budget of the Siebel deployment. Depending upon the nature of the testing needs, the EPS team will either perform these services at the customer site or manage these services at the ePairs headquarters in the Silicon Valley. We are currently in the process of the setting up a round-the-click
Siebel Center of Excellence (
SCOE) at our headquarters in the Silicon Valley with a co-located server located at our offshore development center in India. When setup, this SCOE will provide web-based access to various testing solutions that will be managed and deployed by the
ePairs Support Team (
EST).
The EPS team provides on-site consulting services targeted to meet the testing needs of our customers. The focus of our testing services is:
- Testing the application for business functionality
- Using predefined metrics for performance and usability criteria to achieve better results
- Using automated testing tools like WinRunner to reduce overall testing costs, significantly reducing project budget
- Providing customers with detailed test plans and test cases to document the extent of testing
- Load and performance testing the Siebel application to ensure acceptable performance for end-users
